The Gift
Directed by Alexandra Gavillet
After an STI diagnosis derails her confidence, a young woman spirals through a series of increasingly chaotic and humiliating events: a meltdown phone call overheard at brunch, a misplaced explicit video, and a hookup that goes very, very wrong. As shame takes over and her world begins to close in on her, she retreats further into herself until an unexpected, almost mystical moment interrupts the spiral.
